Capt. Randy Gomez is a 200-Ton (MCA) qualified Yacht Master with decades of experience in sailing, yacht management, and brokerage. He began sailing at the age of 11 and has spent many years involved in dinghy racing, both teaching and competing, building a strong foundation in seamanship, navigation, and racing strategy.
Randy has been a dedicated member of his country’s National Maritime Search and Rescue Organization, providing him with an unrivaled understanding of safety at sea. He has skippered, crewed, raced, chartered, and delivered both power and sailing yachts across the U.S. East Coast, Caribbean, and Mediterranean Sea, giving him broad practical experience in diverse maritime environments.
Holding a degree in systems engineering, Capt. Randy combines technical expertise with hands-on seamanship, enabling him to successfully manage yacht projects, refits, and complex operations. His dual background in engineering and practical maritime knowledge provides a unique perspective that benefits both yacht owners and clients.
Capt. Randy is an active member of the American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) and the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA). He also serves as Deputy Chief International Officer and Country Liaison Officer for the U.S. at the Organización Nacional de Salvamento y Seguridad Marítima de los Espacios Acuáticos (ONSA) of Venezuela.

Captain Lucas Loustalet serves as Captain and Service Manager with Miami Yachting, where he oversees the management fleet and coordinates complex projects. A USCG 100-Ton Certified Captain, Lucas has advanced from learning deck duties within the organization to commanding vessels across Florida and delivering yachts along the U.S. East Coast. This progression reflects his deep knowledge of vessel operations, seamanship, and leadership on the water.
As Service Manager, Lucas is dedicated to improving Miami Yachting’s maintenance systems, ensuring that every yacht under his care is kept in peak condition. With the philosophy that the client is always right, he combines technical expertise with a customer-first approach, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
Of Argentine heritage, Lucas also adds a personal touch to his maritime career. Known for his passion for authentic barbecue, he has become a favorite on board when it comes to running the grill, creating camaraderie and unforgettable moments for owners, crew, and guests.

A seasoned kiteboarding instructor, Jose Antonio has introduced countless enthusiasts, from first-time riders to advanced athletes, to the thrill of wind and waves. His commitment to creating memorable experiences reflects his deep connection to the sea.
As a USCG certified Captain, he commands vessels with precision, professionalism, and a strong focus on safety. His expertise spans day charters, luxury yacht operations, and long-range cruising, ensuring smooth and enjoyable journeys for clients and guests alike.

Mauricio and Ignacio, affectionately known as Iggy and Maui, are the second generation of the Miami Yachting family, growing up immersed in the yachting world. They began sailing alongside their parents, Sabrina and Capt. Randy Gomez, even before they could walk on shore, learning first to navigate the deck before stepping on land.
From a young age, they sailed along the Florida coast aboard the family’s classic sailboat, “DUENDE ”, which played a key role in the early days of Miami Yachting. Over the years, they have participated in yacht shows, observed multiple yacht projects, taken part in sailing races, and experienced fishing adventures across Florida waters.
Iggy and Maui continue to learn the ropes of the yachting business, gaining hands-on knowledge in operations, seamanship, and yacht management. With a passion for the sea and a commitment to the family legacy, they are preparing to carry forward and scale the Miami Yachting business into the next generation.
Captain Dario Gonzalez has built a respected career commanding and managing vessels across Florida’s waters. With extensive hands-on experience, he has developed a deep understanding of yacht operations, navigation, and the responsibilities of vessel ownership.
Before relocating to Miami, Dario managed nautical show boats in the Caribbean, where he built strong relationships with leading boat brands, shipyards, and industry professionals.
